JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-01-2021 Having regard to the criminal antecedent of the petitioners, the Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, the petitioners, if so advised, may surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail which shall be disposed of by the court below on the same day on its own merit without being prejudiced by the refusal to grant anticipatory bail.
