09-02-2017 After some argument, Sri Surya Narayan Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Manoj Kumar Ambastha, learned Standing Counsel - 26 and Mr. Zeyaul Hoda, learned counsel for respondent no. 10, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that petitioner may avail statutory remedy.

The prayer is allowed.

It goes without saying that the period consumed by the petitioner in pursuing the present writ petition i.e. from 28-01-2015 till date shall be excluded while considering the limitation matter.
