The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 71 of 2023 arising out of Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 31 of 2023 registered under Sections 341/323/ 324/354/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/10 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28883 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 71 of 2023 arising out of Hawai Adda P.S.
