This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arises out of Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 284 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The bail has been opposed by the learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
