The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Islampur P.S.Case No.171 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the complaint case has been filed after ten days of the occurrence. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is elder brother of the husband of deceased. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of
