Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 413 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 306 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29104 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 28143 of 2023. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 413 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
