This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.08.2019, passed in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No.2450 of 2019, to the extent that in the cause title of the order at the top instead of 'District-Arwal', 'District-Jehanabad' has been typed and further prayer for extension of time to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below for furnishing bail bond.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it appears that due to typographical error in the cause title in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7899 of 2021(2) dt.30-01-2021 2/2 order dated 23.08.2019 at the top, instead of 'District-Arwal' 'District-Jehanabad' has been typed and due to which the petitioner's bail bond was not accepted.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and taking into consideration the grounds mentioned in the petition, let the order dated 23.08.2019 be modified to the extent that let in the cause title of the order dated 23.08.2019 at the top, instead of 'District-Jehabanad' 'District-Arwal' be read and further the time granted by order dated 23.08.2019 is extended by further two weeks from today to enable the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the learned Court below.

Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
