This application has been filed for cancellation of bail of the Opposite Party on the ground that after release on bail on 27.03.2012 the Opposite Party has committed an offence under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and the Opposite Party has filed this petition for cancellation of bail on 27.01.2015. Having regard to the fact of this case, I do not find any merit for cancellation of bail.

The petition is rejected. The State instead of filing petition for cancellation of bail, must try to catch hold the accused and pray to the Court for not granting him bail as he is accused in an earlier case or the case is pending against him.
