Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 379, 504/34 and 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

All the family members of the petitioner including petitioner allegedly committed assault against the informant. Petitioner dragged the neck of the informant with a wrapper whereas the son of the petitioner gave blow with iron rod at the head of the informant.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner and age of the petitioner as well as statement of the petitioner on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
