2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 24.09.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 69065 of 2025 & also for extension of time to surrender before the court below in terms of the aforesaid order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 24.09.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 69065 of 2025, petitioner was granted bail. It is further submitted that in main bail application of Criminal Miscellaneous No. 69065 of 2025, the father's name of petitioner Ranjan Kumar @ Ranjan Kumar Singh was typed inadvertently as Kanhaiya Prasad. Consequently, the same has been typed in aforesaid order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30713 of 2026(2) dt.08-05-2026 2/2 24.09.2025. However, in the Aadhar Card of the petitioner, his father's name is mentioned as Krishna Prasad. As such, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father's name of the petitioner be read as 'Kanhaiya Prasad @ Krishna Prasad', and also prays for extension of time to surrender the petitioner before the lower court.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and averments made in the application, this modification application is allowed.

5. Let the father's name of the petitioner appearing in cause title of the order dated 24.09.2025 be read as 'Kanhaiya Prasad @ Krishna Prasad' in stead of Kanhaiya Prasad.

6. Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below in terms of the order dated 24.09.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 69065 of 2025.

7. The order dated 24.09.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 69065 of 2025 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
