The petitioner has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail in Complaint Case No.1467 (C ) of 2015, in which he has only been summoned for the offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor by way referring to the order dated 18.05.2016 submits that the learned Sessions Judge has rightly rejected the petition for anticipatory bail since it was not maintainable.
