The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No.60 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the recovery of 470 bottles each containing 180 ml. foreign liquor from a mini van being driven by the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present even though he is in custody since 27.03.2019. The application is dismissed.

In case, the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of framing of charge, the petitioner would be at
