2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goriyakothi (Gorya Kothi) P.S. Case No. 272 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner along with others co-accused shot and killed the deceased who was the Collection Agent of Micro Finance Company. The petitioner has been named in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused Abhishek @ Shahshi Pandit from whom there is recovery of the looted money etc. The petitioner is accused in seven more cases of serious nature. He is in jail since 02.11.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
