2. Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103 (1) and 3(5) of BNS and 27 of Arms Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Arun Kumar alleged that on 18.04.2024 at 12:30 PM , all the accused persons including these petitioners fired upon the father of informant on his chest and later on he was declared dead. It is further alleged that prior to the alleged occurrence , all the accused persons on account of previous enmity , threatened

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case and has committed no offence as alleged. Petitioner is not an eye witness to the alleged occurrence . Allegation is general and omnibus against these petitioners and there is no specific overt act alleged against them.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submitted that there is specific allegation against these petitioners that they along with other co-accused persons fired upon the person of deceased due to which he died. It is further submitted that these petitioners were also seen at the place of occurrence by the informant.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
