The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Alipur P.S. Case No. 38/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant married his daughter to Pawan Kumar son of Late Rajendra Singh in the year 2006, but the informant alleged that the accused persons demanded additional dowry and killed his daughter on 05.03.2014.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are villagers of the husband of the deceased. They have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. Co-accused Pankaj Singh and Radhika Devi have
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50399 of 2016 (3) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 13.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. 33899/2015. The case of the petitioners stands on the same footing, as the petitioners are villagers of the husband of the deceased.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No. 38/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
