In this case, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order (in part) dated 20.01.2023 passed by the Court of learned Addl. C.J.M.-II, Jamui, in Complaint Case No.810 of 2022 (Annexure-4) whereby and whereunder the learned Court below found complicity and
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.824 of 2023(2) dt.26-06-2025 2/2 conspiracy of the respondent nos.2 to 4 (accused persons) in the offence committed by them under sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code but instead of taking prosecution sanction and issuing summons against the public servants/respondent nos. 2 to 4 the learned court below directed to issue summon only against the accused Ruby Devi."

This criminal writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a criminal revision for the relief which he claims in the present writ application. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U
