JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-02-2018 The petitioner has challenged the order dated 03.11.2017 passed in Tr. No. 20/2017, arising out of G.R. No. 878/2015 in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 66/2015, whereby the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya has cancelled the bail bonds of the petitioner and has issued NBW against him.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition so that the petitioner may surrender before the court below and seek regular bail.

As and when such a petition would be filed, the court below shall take into account all the grounds raised by the petitioner and shall pass a reasoned order, preferably on the same day.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
