====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-05-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Koilwar Thana P. S. Case No. 476 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 103(1), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Informant suspects that all the F.I.R. named accused persons along with one unknown committed murder of his son.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he is only alleged to be last seen with the deceased. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that it is specific case of the informant that this petitioner along with others committed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29333 of 2026(2) dt.12-05-2026 2/2 murder of his son and he was last seen with the deceased.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
