2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 52 of 2022, CIS 39 of 2022, arising out of Bairiya P.S. Case No. 296 of 2020, lodged on 25.06.2020, under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has been filed for the third time and a report has been called for. From the said report, it transpires that the trial Court has demanded two months to conclude the trial.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is

6. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
