By filing the present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, he seeks that all the three
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.64 of 2014 (2) dt.12-01-2015 2 / 2 cases in which he has been made accused be investigated by the CBI. Several other ancillary prayers have been made in the writ petition.
It has been contended that private respondents are unnecessarily harassing the petitioner and implicating him in false cases.
Be that as it may, I do not find any exceptional or compelling reason to hand over investigation of the aforesaid three cases to the C.B.I.
In that view of the matter, I find no merit in the present application. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
