It is submitted that the petitioner made his application for compassionate ground on 02.01.2014 and subsequently as per the prescribed pro forma on 09.10.2014. It is his submission that the same has been kept pending and that appropriate directions may be issued to respondent No 4 to take a final decision in respect of the petitioner's claim.
