ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 It appears that due to inadvertence a report was called for from the Officer Incharge, Sakurabad Police Station in regard to the activities of the Petitioners even though the stand is otherwise.

The Petitioners seek transfer of Complaint case No.1024 of 2012 from the court of S.D.J.M., Jehanabad to the court of S.D.J.M., Patna on the ground that in the Court premises they were assaulted.

Since the Petitioners are not required to be physically present on each date, I see no justification for entertaining the petition any longer, in which the Opposite Party No.2 has not

The application stands disposed of.

The Court below is directed to conclude the case positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party.
