The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 190 of 2021 for the offence under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.07.2021.

It is alleged that petitioner tried to kill his wife (informant's daughter) by administered poison to her. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M,
