Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by the decision of the Division Bench in C.W.J.C. No. 1844 of 2012 vide oral judgment dated 29.02.2016.

Without going into the merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner in the light of the judgment of the Division Bench in C.W.J.C. No. 1844 of 2012 and if it is found that the case of the petitioner is covered by the said

Patna High Court CWJC No.13186 of 2014(2) dt.25-07-2018 2/2 judgment, similar benefit should be extended to the petitioner. Final decision in this regard may be taken by the respondents within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
