2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 33 of 2014 dated 25.06.2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 120(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name transpired in the confession of one Rigan Manjhi. A similarly situated accused person whose name also had transpired on the confession of the same accused person viz. Gore Lal Yadav @ Gore Yadav has been granted bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33358 of 2024(2) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 12582 of 2016 vide order dated 28.03.2016. Apart from the confession, there are no other materials against this petitioner in this case.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2022.
5. It has also been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that up till now only the charges have been framed.
6. Considering the aforenoted facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 33 of 2014.
