The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kajrali P.S. Case No.56/2017 registered under Sections 307 and other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that her water pot was stolen. She was narrating the story to her neighbour but in the meantime the petitioner and his wife came and began to abuse the informant. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with garasha on her head.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is counter version being Kajrali P.S. Case No.55/2017. Both the sides entered into scuffle. The injury found on the head of the informant is simple in nature, as it appears from Annexure-3. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above
