2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 150 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code later on Section 302, 120(B) and 201 of the I.P.C was added.
3. As per the prosecution case on 16.05.2024 in the night the informant's son Alok Kumar Singh and his friend Rishabh Kumar came at the shop of the informant, took a bottle of cold drink, left on a motorcycle but till late night the informant's son did not return. During search, the informant went to the house of Rishabh Kumar and asked about his son's whereabouts and he was told by Rishabh Kumar that he had dropped the deceased on way and he does not know anything further in this regard. The dead body of the informant's son was found buried in an Orchard.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the there is no material against the petitioner except the confessional statement of the co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. During investigation, it has come that it is the petitioner, who had planned the murder the deceased. The deceased had misbehaved with the girlfriend of the petitioner, consequently, he was called by the accused persons and, thereafter, he was killed.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that the petitioner is the main conspirator in the killing and is involved in the killing oof the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
8. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
