In terms of the order dated 23.02.2017, the petitioners have deposited 50% of the outstanding dues and proposed to deposit the rest amount within four months in equal installment along with the interest upto the last date of the payment. Finally, the interest will be calculated from the year 2016 in the fourth month and that amount will also be paid by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3055 of 2015 (8) dt.17-04-2017 2/2 petitioners within the stipulated period. In failure to make payment as per the commitment, the Bank will be at liberty to realize the amount from the petitioners in terms of the original outstanding dues.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
