Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of the grievance of payment of arrears as well as current salary, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the Statutory authority, the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Araria where she can agitate her grievance and the Appellate Authority may decide the issue in question.
Considering the aforesaid, this writ application is disposed
Patna High Court CWJC No.20926 of 2014 (2) dt.07-08-2018 2/2 of with the liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority. In case such appeal is filed within the period of one month from today along with the copy of this order, the Appellate Authority will consider the appeal of the petitioner after condoning the delay and dispose of the appeal in accordance with law considering the fact that this writ petition involving the same dispute remained pending in this Court for nearly four years.
