1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 07.03.2024, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 76119 of 2023, whereby the petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to miscommunication petitioner could not surrender before the learned court below. He accordingly prays for further two weeks' time to surrender before the learned

4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 07.03.2024, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 76119 of 2023, be extended by further two weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
