The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laukaha P. S. Case No. 336 of 2019 dated 04.11.2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 1835 of 2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 452, 380,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25288 of 2020(3) dt.09-11-2020 2/3 307, 354 (B), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The occurrence is said to have taken place on a protest by some of the accused persons with respect to inscription of the name of the parents of the informant on the village temple-yard. There is no specific accusation against the petitioner and he is in custody since 10.06.2020.

Paragraph 3 of the bail petition further indicates that petitioner was made accused in one case earlier in which he has been granted bail.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner, his period of custody and other attendant facts, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri S. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) in connection with Laukaha P. S. Case No. 336 of 2019
