2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the pre-arrest bail application of petitioner No. 2.
3 . Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, prayer anticipatory bail of petitioner No. 2 is dismissed as withdrawn .
5 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Nos. 3 and 4 and the State .
6. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 341 , 323 , 307, 379, 448 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code .
7. As per prosecution case , petitioners Nos. 3 and 4 are alleged to have assaulted mother of informant. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
8 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
9. Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from

Case No. 90 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
