JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 15-07-2016 It is submitted by learned counsel for the State on the basis of the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties that the order under contempt has been complied with by paying the amounts as directed therein and also by concluding the departmental proceedings.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the departmental proceedings have been concluded without imposing any punishment upon the petitioner and with a direction to pay the retiral benefits to the petitioner and in the said circumstances the

The contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of with the direction to the opposite parties to act in terms of the final order dated 12.10.2012 passed in the departmental proceedings and ensure that the remaining post retiral dues is paid to the petitioner.
