JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-09-2018 The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for issuing direction to the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of Super Selection Grade. Petitioner superannuated from the service on 31st July 2008 and after retirement, the present writ application has been filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 28.2.2014 contained in Annexure-2 is pending before District Education Officer, Nalanda at Biharsharif.

Without entering into the merit of the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner, if not
