Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, while challenging the order impugned whereby he has been summoned to face trial for an offence punishable under Section 498 (A) of Indian Penal Code, that he is ready to negotiate. That being so, the learned lower court will see the genuiness of offer being tendered at the end of the petitioner and will try to reconcile the parties.
