ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State Food Corporation as well as learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner seeks extension of time for depositing the amount fixed in the order dated 21.08.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though he had taken his bail after surrendering in the court below, the time fixed for depositing of the money could not be adhered to and he thus seeks the extension of the time. He further submits that the entire amount has now been paid. He now prays for extension of time till the date he deposited the money i.e till 01.07.2016. Accordingly, the time fixed in the order for depositing of the amount stands
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44244 of 2016 (2) dt.09-11-2016 2/2 extended till the said date.
In view of such submission, the order dated 21.08.2015 stands modified to the extent as indicated above and the application is disposed of accordingly.
