The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 285 of 2017 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It is also submitted that on perusal of Postmortem Report, no external or internal injury is found on the body of the deceased. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
