The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Inarwa P.S. Case No.28 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 323, 324, 307, 353, 427 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the observations made by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Bettiah, West Champaran in his order dated 29.11.2017 passed in A.B.P. No.2107 of 2017 and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1405 of 2018 (2) dt.19-01-2018 2/2 that only because the petitioners happen to be local resident and they were agitating due to murder of Up-Mukhiya of the locality, the S.H.O. of the police station named them in the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, West Champaran, at Bettiah in connection with Inarwa P.S. Case No.28 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
