Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jamhor PS Case No.124 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 353, 188, 190, 290, 291, 283 and 152 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that two persons died in road accident
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31744 of 2018(2) dt.21-05-2018 2/2 on National Highway including one of the co-villagers of the petitioner and the villagers were protesting against inaction of the police, so the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case, moreover the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Jamhor PS Case No.124 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
