====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-10-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 80 of 2020 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against these petitioners is that they assaulted the informant with dabiya.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injury caused to the informant is simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid submission, the Court is

No.25848 of 2020(2) dt.14-10-2020 2/2 inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners subject to the condition that the petitioners shall deposit Rs. 10,000/- cash each in the court below and on deposit of Rs. 19,000/- cash each the court below shall release the petitionr , named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 80 of 2020 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The amount of Rs. 10,000/- deposited by the petitioner shall abide by the final outcome of the pending criminal case.
