The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No.439 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the statements made by the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in Annexure-2 to this application, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No.439 of 2017

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.561 of 2018 (2) dt.11-01-2018 2/2 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
