In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Dumaron (Naya Bhojpur) O.P.) P.S. Case No. 271 of 2018 (G.R. No.2181 of 2018), registered for the offence under Sections 366(A)/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioners to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purposes of marriage.

The girl in her statement has stated that she had gone with Pankaj Kumar, who is the son of petitioner no.2, voluntarily and entered into the marriage with him.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28227 of 2019(2) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 Petitioner no.1 is grand mother and petitioner no.2 is father of Pankaj Kumar.

Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the above-named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st -cum- Special Judge, Buxar, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
