2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Badem P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 132, 109(1), 303(2), 317(2), 238 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, lodged on 06.03.2025 by the informant Rajesh Kumar.

As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that on secret information, movement of a red colour tractor with illegal sand, it was intercepted, the driver unloaded the sand and in the process the tailor fell down, the Police made the video where it is alleged that the petitioners reached the place and after abuse assaulted the Policemen. The tractor is in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27597 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 name of Raviranjan Kumar while allegation of using iron rod on Shailendra Kumar.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that no injury on the person of the Policemen but exaggerated F.I.R. has been filed.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail submitting that the specific allegation is against Shashi Bhushan Kumar who also owns the tractor of illegal mining and threatening to Policemen while Shailendra Kumar used iron rod to assault the Policemen.
6. Considering the submissions of the parties as also the allegation that has come against these petitioners, it would be appropriate that they seek bail.
