JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-09-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner has not approached the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority. He submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to avail the statutory appeal before the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority.

In case, such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from today along with a copy of this order, the Appellate Authority is required to decide the appeal in accordance with law on its own merit after condoning the delay, if any, in filing the appeal.
