This is an application seeking modification in the order, dated 20.09.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42999 of 2017, whereby the petitioners, above named, have been allowed to be released on anticipatory bail in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49020 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/3 Complaint Case No. 237 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that inadvertently in the prayer portion of the application, seeking anticipatory bail, the name of the court below was wrongly described as "learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Sasaram at Rohtas", in place of "learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram at Rohtas". Accordingly, in the order, dated 20.09.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42999 of 2017, in the second last paragraph, the court's name has been mentioned as "learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Sasaram at Rohtas". Considering the statements made in Cr. Misc. No. 49020 of 2017, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary amendment in the prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No. 42999 of 2017, in course of the day. Let the name of the Court, i.e., "learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Sasaram at Rohtas", as mentioned in the second last paragraph of the order, dated 20.09.2017, be read as "learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram at Rohtas".

With the aforesaid modification in the order, dated
