JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 09-10-2018 Considering the totality of the fact situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition in order to enable the petitioner to approach the Director, Primary Education stating that the school in question was, in fact, a school taken over in different name.

The writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

In case the petitioner approaches the Director, Primary Education by filing a representation, the Director will decide the
