Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From an auto rickshaw, Mahua liquor was recovered. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since 20.02.2019. Petitioner was arrested in this case because she was also sitting in the same auto rickshaw as a passenger. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29500 of 2019(3) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur Police Station Case No. 25 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
