Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 76 of 2019 for the offence under sections 392 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the FIR. His name transpired on the confessional statement of co-accused.

Learned counsel submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The case was registered against four unknown persons.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the FIRand nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the

No.28448 of 2020(2) dt.18-01-2021 2/2 petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 76 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
