The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case no. 32 of 2015, registered under Sections 323, 341, 354, 325 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that on 14.04.2005 at about 4.00 P.M. daughter of the informant was learning to run bicycle at that time, her villager Ambedkar Ram (Petitioner) with bad intention tried to pull her daughter in maize filed then daughter of the informant made protest and raised alarm. Thereafter, Bino Ram, husband of the informant, rushed there and saw that her daughter was being assaulted, while her husband and other tried to carry Ambedkar Ram at Police Station, but family

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner and informant are Gotiya and due to land dispute the present case has been lodged by the informant not only against the petitioner but also his other family members with false allegation. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M.-I, Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
