This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No.596 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 303(2)/318(4)/336/317(4) and 111 of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is accused of committing A.T.M. fraud. He has changed the A.T.M. card of the informant and thereafter, fraudulently withdrew Rs.70,000/- from the bank account of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2025. He is accused in ten more serious criminal cases. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
